Submitting planning applications for tree-related works can be an arduous task for those who have a duty of care for trees. We at Haringey Tree Company simplify this process by acting as a liaison between our clients, and the local authorities, where required, managing the process end to end.


How it works:


Before we can schedule in time to carry out any arboriculture services, we use a certified database to check whether any of the trees requiring work, fall within Conservation Area, or are subject to a Tree Protection Order (TPO).


Once we have carried out this check, if none of the trees in question are subject to these conditions, we can proceed with the works without gaining prior approval from local authorities.


If the tree(s) are subject to any of these conditions, Haringey Tree Company works on behalf of our clients to streamline the planning application and approval process, in order to ensure complete compliance with law, and provide you, as a person with a duty of care, with complete peace of mind, knowing that you have followed all required process with due care, receiving all the necessary approvals and paperwork from your local authority.
